New To Valley Simsbury?

We're glad you found us!

As a church community, we do

Life Together, On Mission, For God's Glory

Worship with Us

Our worship services start at 10 a.m. every Sunday at Henry James Memorial School (155 Firetown Road in Simsbury). After parking in the main lot, just follow our welcome flag to the Auditorium.

What to Expect

We're a very informal church! You'll be greeted warmly, and you should "come as you are" with regards to attire. Each worship service features a live band with contemporary praise music, an inspiring message, and a time to pray together.

Just for Kids

We believe all children should spend time in worship with their families, and then have the option to participate in age-appropriate breakout classes when available. Every Sunday, we offer four different environments for Grades 5 and under. On your first visit, please see a Welcome Team member to register your child(ren) for class. After your first visit, you will go to the green "Kids Check In" table to sign in on the iPad, print out your child's name tag and your pick-up sticker, and then go into service together. Children are dismissed to their classes about 15 minutes into the service. Parents are welcome to accompany their child to meet their teacher. When service is over, parents will follow the signs to pick up their child in their classroom.

Preaching Style

We are based in biblical teaching, with the priority to always be led by the Spirit. Our messages typically come from Valley Simsbury Pastor Mark Woof. Pastor Mark preaches on topical messages to teachings rooted in a specific book of the Bible.

How to Connect

We would love for you to stop by the Welcome Table to say hello and pick up a welcome gift. We also have Community Connect Sundays where we gather together after service with a food truck or meal to get to know each other better.

During the Week

Valley Simsbury has a strong passion for our community. There are opportunities throughout the week to connect with members of the church community. We offer Men's and Women's groups for those who are seeking in-depth conversations based in God’s word within a smaller group setting. There’s also Neighbor Groups to get to know each other better in a family environment often over a meal.
