Parents: Because of technical issues with our registration form, we are now taking sign-ups with these two steps:
1. Print the PDF of the waiver form (above), fill it out, sign it, and bring it to the event.
2. Bring $10 to pay at the event.

Event Details
It’s time to welcome winter with a night on the ice and lots of chocolate! Students in grades 6-12 are invited to EPIC Broomball Night at the Simsbury Farms Ice Rink on Saturday, November 23, from 7:30-9:30 p.m. We’ll have fun broomball competition, a chocolate fountain, hot cocoa, and lots of laughs. We’ll provide the brooms; bring a friend!
