Thanksgiving Celebrate & Serve

Kids and families: Prepare your hearts for Thanksgiving as we express gratitude, serve our community, and have some fun together! Click the button below to RSVP for this Fusion event from 3-5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 16, at our Mill Pond Location. All Elementary kids, their families, and friends are welcome.

What will happen

Celebrate: We’ll anticipate the holiday season by giving thanks and enjoying fun, family-friendly games, and activities.

Serve: We will package up the food and snacks that everyone brings (see list online), preparing them for distribution to people who are homeless in Hartford through our friends at Street Church.

How to Participate

• Purchase a food item from this list: 
  • Slim Jims
  • PB Crackers
  • Cheese Crackers
  • Tuna/Chicken Salad with cracker snack packs
  • Fruit cups
  • Granola bars
  • Hard candies
  • Any other self-contained snack items
• Bring the food to the Nov. 16 event.
• During our time together, we'll package the food for individual handout to the needy in Hartford via our friends at Street Church.

Street Church, a worship community led by Bryan Bywater, will distribute the packages as part of their ministry to the people in the Hartford area who are homeless. Click here to learn more about this ministry.
