Pastor Mark Woof and Janet Woof
Pastor Mark has been active in full-time ministry for 22 years, serving the first 14 in student ministry. He believes church is more about people than place — an everyday lifestyle rather than a weekend event. He is married to Janet and they have four incredible kids – Hailey, Hannah, Hunter, and Harper. You’ll often find him on the sidelines coaching their sports teams, or on the mountain skiing the slopes. He grew up in Canada and enjoys time on summer vacations driving the ski boat or sitting on the beach and enjoy time alone with God.
Mark has a passion to disciple other dads and impact the coming generations for Christ. He believes that Jesus spent more time ministering on the streets than on the stage. Therefore, he spends a good amount time around town connecting with people in cafes or coaching on the sidelines (Go Trojans!). He loves to meet people around the table and believes we can be most effective in the mission by saturating neighborhoods and relational networks with the good news of God. When all is said and done, he hopes he’ll be remembered as a down-to-earth guy — someone who followed hard after Jesus, led many to become disciples, and earned stripes as a superstar husband and all-star dad.
